Regional epidemiologist Victoria Tymchyk: “The situation is very difficult, in some districts critical”

According to V. Tymchyk, during the last day alone, 283 new cases were reported the region. 

In total, more than 15,000 Transcarpathians have contracted coronavirus infection.

There were 6 fatalities in the past 24 hours.

Almost 1,900 PCR studies are performed per day. Physicians are working efficiently.

In the last 4-5 weeks, there has been a clear trend towards an increase in the number of patients. 

The situation in the last two weeks has been critical.
