Yesterday at the checkpoint "Vylok", border guards of the Mukachevo detachment stopped another attempt to give illegal benefit. A 36-year-old Hungarian citizen tried to bribe a border guards with 10,000 forints.
The man was entering Ukraine without an insurance policy for expenses related to COVID-19 treatment and observation, and also refused to install the "Act at Home" application. The border guards refused the Hungarian’s illegal offer. Border guards informed the police about the possible signs of a crime under Part 1 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code "Offer, promise or giving of illegal benefit to an official".
