Today, Raiffeisen Bank Aval’s security service detected a mass mailing of SMS messages from the Aval phone number about the need to update electronic signature keys due to the transition to IBAN with links to fraudulent sites.
According to the bank, the following fraudulent sites are currently known:
that mimic the Raiffeisen Business Online login page
https://web.aval.ua/web/.
The purpose of such actions is to gain authentication data to access the system and then make fraudulent payments from customer accounts. The fraudulent sites above are currently blocked.
In view of the above, the Aval requests to comply with the rules of information security when working with the Client-Bank system, in particular not to open or enter the key and password to the Raiffeisen Business Online system on any sites other than the official system address https://web.aval.ua/web/
Also note:
Raiffeisen Bank Aval never requests for re-generation of digital signature keys in connection with the implementation of IBAN
Raiffeisen Bank Aval communicates via SMS / Viber exclusively from the Raiffeisen number
