Queues have formed in Transcarpathia on the border with Romania

The reason is Ukrainian citizens leaving abroad for work. Some EU countries have relaxed quarantine restrictions, so citizens go via Romania and Hungary.
About 200 passenger minibuses and cars are waiting in front of the Dyakove-Halmeu checkpoint to leave Ukraine.
The number of vehicles leaving and at the approach to the checkpoint continues to increase, as citizens do not have a choice of alternative routes and places for crossing the state border. As you know, this is due to quarantine restrictions imposed at other checkpoints in neighboring countries.
Transcarpathian Customs together with representatives of the Mukachevo Border Guard Detachment of the State Border Guard Service are taking measures to avoid queues both in front of the Dyakove checkpoint and at the entrance to Ukraine, in particular, there have been meetings with representatives of Romanian customs and border control to speed up border and customs control.
Transcarpathians are asked to take this information into account when choosing the Dyakove-Halmeu checkpoint to cross the Ukrainian-Romanian border, if possible to postpone their trip or choose another checkpoint, the Transcarpathian customs of the State Customs Service informs
