Prosecutor’s Office instituted the criminal proceedings against Uzhgorod DSA officers

Uzhgorod Interregional Prosecutor’s Office instituted the criminal proceedings against Uzhgorod RSA officials on the fact of the official position abuse and official forgery, on the offences ground provided by Part 2, Article 364, 366, of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It was established that DSA officials signed the act of incomplete reconstruction work acceptance on 704 thousand hryvnia and transferred money on this association account, although works worth a little more than 482 thousand hryvnia knowing that the works on the secondary school roof reconstruction are not finished in the village of Kontsovo, acting on behalf of one of the LLC. As a result, it is caused losses in excess of 221 thousand hryvnia to Uzhgorod Regional State Administration, – informed Uzhgorod Inter-district prosecutor Ivan Tsar.
