Presidential scholarship in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

A student of the Uzhgorod Institute of Culture and Arts will receive a scholarship from the President 
Every year, a competition for the scholarship of the President of Ukraine in various fields is held in Ukraine. The Commission for Scholarships of the President of Ukraine selects and determines the best young writers and artists in the field of music, theater, fine arts, choreography, pop and circus arts and cinema. This year, a talented musician and student of the Uzhgorod Institute of Culture and Arts Serhiy Fanta became one of the recipients. He has won a number of prestigious awards, and last year he became a laureate of the All-Ukrainian Music Olympiad "Voice of the Country". Together with his teacher Olesya Hlukhanych they created a piano duo "WHITE AND BLACK".
