Only a hundred of signed mortgage agreements. This is the result of a two-month program "Affordable Housing". While the desire to get the "Presidential Mortgage" has been expressed by more than 7500 people.
After analyzing the results of such an intermediate state program, the experts made a disappointing conclusion: for the majority of Ukrainians, even a three-percent mortgage is an unaffordable burden, despite the cost of square meters in the country. Not mentioning market rates, which sometimes reach 27.5% in hryvnya. Consequently, according to experts, there is no reason to talk about the mortgage boom in the near future.
