Police officers in Transcarpathia, during the weekend, caught six drunk drivers, four of whom were driving without driver’s licenses

In the village of Kostryno, Velyky Berezny district, at night, officers of the patrol police response team stopped a car VAZ-2103 because the rear registration plate was not illuminated. The car was driven by a resident of the village Volosyanka in the state of alcohol intoxication. The young man did not have a driver’s license, he was driving another person’s car. Drager showed 1.17 ppm of alcohol in his blood. The appropriate reports of admininstrative offenses were drawn up.

The second drunk driver was caught by Velyky Berezny district police in the village of Stuzhytsia. While patrolling, officers of the police response group stopped a car VAZ-21099, which had not stopped at the request of law enforcement officers. The driver was caught up. It was driven by a local resident who did not have any documents and was in a state of intoxication. He refused to undergo medical examination. The police officers in the presence of witnesses drew up appropriate administrative reports against the offender for driving under the influence of alcohol and without driver’s licenses.

In the village of Batrad, Beregovo district, officers of the Patrol Police Response Team stopped an unregistered motorcycle Viper. The car was driven by a local resident in the state of alcohol intoxication. He did not have a driver’s license, and refused to undergo medical examination. The appropriate reports of admininstrative offenses were drawn up.
In the village of Kostylivka, Rakhiv district, the police officers at night stopped a car VAZ-21010, which had crossed the road marking line. The car was driven by a resident of Rakhiv in a state of intoxication. The driver refused to undergo medical examination, and the policemen in the presence of witnesses drew up the appropriate report of administrative offense and seized the driver’s license.

In the village of Horinchevo, Khust district, officers of the Patrol Police Response Team at night stopped a foreign registered car Skoda Oktavia, the driver of which did not have a driver’s license and was driving a vehicle in the state of intoxication. During the medical examination at the hospital, 1.4 ppm of alcohol was found in his blood.

All the reports of administrative offenses against the offenders under Art. 130 of the CAO (Driving a vehicle by a person who is in a state of alcohol intoxication) will be forwarded to the court for making a final decision.
