The detention took place in the village of Yanoshi, near the border with Hungary.
The press service of the Mukachevo border guard detachment informs that during the detention, police stopped a Mercedes driven by a 36-year-old resident of Mukachevo.
In addition to the driver, there were five other men in the car, including three citizens of Ukraine, one citizen of Afghanistan and one citizen of Pakistan. Both foreigners did not have any documents with them. The men planned to enter Hungary illegally with the help of our compatriots.
All detainees are currently being checked. A criminal case under Article 332 of the Criminal Code "Illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine" has been opened.
Investigative measures are being taken.
