Pogorelov signed a decree on the day off on November 1

Due to commemoration of the dead and for rational use of working time, the mayor signed a decree on the transfer of the working day.

The City Hall also recommends enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city, upon consultation with trade union committee, to move the working day November 1, 2013 to Saturday, November 9, 2013 – the City Hall reported.
