Pogorelov: Officers of Uzhgorod police should learn how to draw up reports

He said that today, April 8, during a meeting of the executive committee – the Mukachevo.net writes.

In mid-February, officers of the city police drew up a report on administrative offense against one of the residents of the city.

Later, the report was reviewed at a meeting of the executive committee and it was decided to impose a penalty of 51 hryvnia on the man for smoking in prohibited place.

However, as it turned out, while drawing up the report, the police officers incorrectly filled in some fields, without specifying passport details of the offender. Moreover, the man was not informed of the administrative commission meeting that considered his case. Therefore, the latter appealed the decision and today the executive committee decided to cancel the ruling of the administrative commission of the executive committee and to close the case.

Victor Pogorelov ordered to send information about this case to Uzhgorod city police so that they take it into account and trained the staff to draw up reports properly.
