Pogorelov forced his subordinates to count all pensioners in buses (document)

Today, February 8 at 15.00 all employees of Uzhgorod city hall and utility companies gathered in the Great Hall of the City Council and were briefed on the Order of the Mayor V. Pogorelov, according to the first paragraph of which, on February 11 the monitoring of passengers transportation in all city buses shall be carried out. 

The second paragraph reads: "Subdivisions of the city council and the executive committee, as well as utilities shall ensure the participation of employees in the monitoring according to the list (attached)." All public utilities also received Reports for monitoring, which indicate which route an individual employee of the executive committee or utility has to carry out surveillance on, and also include the appropriate columns where the number of retirees, beneficiaries, children and others is to be recorded. Most ordinary workers of public utilities were seriously outraged by such actions of V. Pogorelov.
