The story of development on the adjacent territory on Mozhaisky st. 30, 32 in the regional center lasted for two years.
"Before, it used to be a vacant lot here, but eventually we decided to fix it up: we set pavilions, planted flowers, trees. Old people rested, kids played. One day, some barbarians came and fenced our territory. Over time, people began to take down garbage there, it was horrible" – a pensioner who lives in the house 32 on Mozhaisky street complains.
Outraged people decided to fight.
The process took a long time. Finally, recently Uzhgorod City and District Court ruled that the yard must be returned to the community.
As the deputy of Uzhgorod City Council Victor Shchadey noted in his comments to uzhgorod.in, this is the example that shows that if you defend your rights you will have a positive result.
