"At about 1 am today, December 7, shots were fired on Universytetska Street in Uzhgorod. While patrolling the nearby streets, police officers heard them and immediately went to the scene. There, they found two men shooting at glass bottles," – the spokesman said.
Patrol policemen detained the men and called an investigative team.
