During the conversation with the driver, the police noticed signs of alcohol intoxication. But the driver refused to be examined at the medical facility in the presence of witnesses. After registration of the road accident, the culprit got back into the car and tried to drive in a state of intoxication. But another crew, who had received an APB for the car, stopped him. This time the driver agreed to be examined by a narcologist. The driver was tested for intoxication in a medical institution. "Drager" showed 2.02 ppm.
Reports were drawn up against the driver under Article 124 (Damage to vehicles) and Part 1 of Article 130 (Driving while intoxicated), as well as an order under Part 1 of Article 126 (Absence of driving license) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
