Party of Regions member is returning to the Transcaroathian Regional State Administration (document)

The Ministry of Justice demands to reinstate the former head of the Youth and Sport Department of the Transcarpathian RSA – the message with such headline was sent from the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.

They write:

"Yesterday (3.08), the Enforcement Division of the Department of State Executive Service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine sent the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal an official request to reinstate the former head of the Youth and Sports Department Vitaly Erfan in the office. The decision on reinstatement was adopted by Transcarpathian District Administrative Court on May 15 this year and is subject to immediate execution. It was not executed within the previously set term, repeated failure to execute the decision (August 6) is punishable by a fine, and then criminal responsibility is provided."

The RSA claim that allegedly the reorganization, during which V.Erfan was dismissed, was conducted improperly, the former head was not offered new post, the defendants did not attend the trial. And this supposedly is the reason for the request the Ministry of Justice. 

Recall that Vitaly Erfan was the head of the said department during the Ledyda’s term, he took the position back in 2010. At the time, he was also the deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional Youth Public Organization "Young Regions".
