Owners of luxury cars paid to Uzhgorod district budget half a million hryvnia

Since the beginning of the year, transport tax payers of Uzhgorod district and the city of Chop have paid to the budget more than UAH 507 thousand.

Uzhgorod STI reminds that transport tax rate is set per calendar year in amount of 25,000 UAH for each passenger car that is subject to taxation.

According to the Tax Code of Ukraine, the tax shall be paid at the place of registration of tax objects and credited to the relevant budget under the provisions of the Budget Code of Ukraine.

Transport tax shall be paid:

– by individuals – within 60 days after the delivery of tax notice-decision;

– by legal entities – in quarterly advance payments by the 30th day of the month following the reporting quarter that are reflected in the annual tax return.
