In May 2019, owners of cars with foreign registration are preparing another big protest rally. They will be demanding to reduce custom duties and delay fines.

On May 24, the police will begin to fine those who have not had their cars cleared. They can even confiscate vehicles. So, owners of cars with foreign registration are going to rally in Kyiv.

Owners of cars with foreign regitration demand to reduce the customs duties, and plan to completely block Kyiv on May 15, 2019, the Autonews.ua. reported.

According to Oleg Yaroshevich, the leader of the public organization "Avto Yevro Syla", up to 100,000 owners of cars with foreign registration, who for some reasons have not yet had them cleared, are going to take part in the May rally.
