Over 90% of VAT in Transcarpathia have been refunded to exporters

That adds up to 207.8 million UAH. Compared with the corresponding period in 2011 the amount of VAT refunded to exporters increased by 71.7 million UAH, or 52.7%.

In general, during January-July period of this year, taxpayers of the region were refunded 230.4 million of VAT, which is almost 12%, or 24.1 million UAH more than the last year.

In automatic mode, 23 local taxpayers were reimbursed 53.2 million of VAT.  This is more than 23% of the total amount of VAT that was refunded to Transcarpathian taxpayers – says State Tax Service in Transcarpathia.
