On May 8, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation. On this occasion, the exhibition "Triumph of a human. Ukrainians, who survived Nazi concentration camps" has opened in the atrium of the regional state administration.
The exhibition tells about 30 persons who were kept in 11 deaths of the Third Reich: prisoners of war, Jews, priests, Ostarbeiters, Ukrainian nationalists, women and children… The display prepared by the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory tells about what can not be destroyed by any system.
About a caring glance, a fairy tale told, an extended hand, a shared bread crust. About the power of will, faith and love. About the victory of hope. About the triumph of human.
