Oleksandr, who was injured in an accident in Uzhgorod, is much better

Today, Uzhgorod residents once again were outraged by the news of a new petition from the attorneys of the Porsche driver, who caused an accident on Slovyanska embankment. The suspect’s defense will once again try to change the pre-trial restraint from detention to house arrest. And people have different opinion – as they believe that the driver should be in custody. 
Also, Uzhgorod residents are interested in the health of the victim in this accident Oleksandr. The last time, the 0312 reported that the man was in ICU. His wife reported that he was expecting surgery and rehab. 
The journalist of the 0312 talked with Ivan Kurakh, the chief physician of the hospital, who told some good news: 
"Oleksander is much better. He is currently in the traumatology unit. He’s active, responds, speaks to people. Every day he is taken out for a walk in a wheelchair. He had a surgery done on his leg. It is great that friends often come to visit him, it gives him more strength for recovery. And Oleksandr’s wife is incredible" – Ivan Kurakh said in a commentary to the "Site of the city of Uzhgorod".
