Oleksandr Shlyakhovsky was appointed the new chief of Transcarpathian police

The Head of the National Police of Ukraine, Igor Klimenko, introduced the new Head of the Transcarpathian Police.
Transcarpathian police will be headed by Oleksandr Shlyakhovsky. The presentation took place today, March 2.
The Head of the National Police of Ukraine introduced the police colonel Oleksandr Shlyakhovsky to the staff.
The event was attended by the officials of Transcarpathian region, Uzhgorod city, the regional prosecutor’s office and the Security Service of Ukraine in the region.
"Oleksandr Shlyakhovsky is an experienced operative, that has made a way from ordinary criminal investigator to the chief of criminal police of Kyiv region. His task, together with the heads of all Transcarpathian police services, is to ensure the safety of all residents of the region, to carry out preventive work and to combat crime,” – Igor Klimenko said during the presentation.
