Number of appeals to the tax service of Transcarpathia decreased by one third

During January-September 2012 the tax authorities of the region received 291 written appeals, while for the corresponding period in the last year 432 appeals were received.

Mostly citizens call to tax service with questions on business taxation, simplified tax system, the supervisory and inspection work.

In every ninth written appeal citizens inform about tax evasion by other people.

Number of appeals for a personal appointment with officials of tax authorities has also decreased. During January-September 2012, 653 private receptions of citizens were held which is 14% less than last year (for the corresponding period in the last year 761 personal receptions were conducted).

Citizens actively seek an opportunity to appeal to tax service for appointment directly at their residence or work location during visiting private receptions. Since the beginning of the year officials of the tax service conducted 124 visiting receptions, which is 19% of the total receptions conducted – reported the State Tax Service in Transcarpathian region.
