Pennywise from Mukachevo, who is already well known to almost every Transcarpathian, for the first time appealed to people without the clown makeup.
He posted his appeal on his YouTube channel Vlad Yurievich.
He said that his videos did not promote violence and urged Transcarpathians not to do what he did.
According to Pennywise, they do not pull pranks on elderly people and children, so they cannot cause heart attack.
He also noted that the prosecutor’s office was looking for him, but the guy believes that he is doing nothing illegal, so he wished them success in the investigation.
