New governor of Transcarpathia may be appointed already this week

Since 2011, he has been working as the director of the Chizay winemaking company. Several sources confirmed the information about the appointment. Poloskov had already been interviewed in Kyiv, which went successfully. There have been no official comments or reports yet. 
It is expected that by the end of the week the names of governors will have been announced in all regions. According to the Constitution, the president appoints the head of the regional state administration nominated by the prime minister. 
Given the public conflict between the president and the prime minister, there may be problems. But in that case, the president can just appoint the acting head of the Regional State Administration. The prime minister’s nomination is not required for that.
