New deputy chief has been appointed at the Transcarpathian Customs (DOCUMENT)

By the order of the Acting Head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine A. Pavlovsky dated 14.09.2020 № 853-o, Igor Vyacheslavovich Balan was appointed to the position of the First Deputy Head of the Transcarpathian Customs of the State Customs Service effective on 15.09.2020. 
Biography 
Date of birth: December 28, 1973. 
Place of birth: the village of Adamivka, Khmelnytsky region. 
Education: full higher: Technological University "Podillya", 1996 – specialty – machines and devices of light and textile industry, qualification – mechanical engineer; 
– Ternopil Academy of National Economy, 2005 – specialty – civil service, qualification – master of civil service. 
Work experience: Started serving in the customs authorities in 1998 as an inspector of the freight department of the Podillya regional customs. Later worked on senior positions in the central office of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, Khmelnytsky Center for Advanced Training and Retraining of the SCSU, Khmelnytsky Customs. 
On August 28, 2015, he was appointed the First Deputy Head of the Khmelnytsky Customs. 
On September 15, 2020, he was appointed the First Deputy Head of the Transcarpathian Customs of the State Customs Service.
