NBU slightly strengthened the official rate of the hryvnia

November 17, the National Bank set the official hryvnia exchange rate at UAH 15.26 per dollar.

This is stated in the report of the NBU.

Recall, on March 31, the NBU adopted the Resolution №180, whereby the procedure for calculating the official rate was changed as of April 4.

Under the new procedure, the official rate is calculated as a weighted average that emerged during the working day on the interbank market.

The NBU intends to establish and publish official rate of the hryvnia every working day after 12:00.

As you know, November 17, the National Bank set the official hryvnia exchange rate at 15.3356 hryvnia per dollar.
