“Mystery” from Uzhgorod deputies: absent at the session, but vote

At the scandalous meeting of the Uzhgorod City Council on June 19, journalists caught deputies voting with two cards simultaneously. In particular, deputies Svitlana Korol and Viktor Bobita were caught on that violation.

A journalist of the "Pro Zahid" was given a list of deputies present at the third plenary session of Uzhgorod city council, where, in addition, there is a separate list of the deputies absent at the meeting. Thus, under the table, 13 deputies were officially absent.

However, the list of those present at the session features deputies Yuriy Belyakov and Andriy Pogorelov, who were not at the meeting. This means that deputy cards of Yuriy Belyakov and Andriy Pogorelov were registered in the system and used during the vote on decisions by other deputies. However, judging by Yuriy Belyakov’s page on Facebook, he is currently in the East of the country. The posts are friends only.

Interestingly, the Chairman of Uzhgorod city council Viktor Pogorelov, after the session, when asked by a journalist whether he had seen the violation and why he had not reacted to "piano voting," answered that he could not see how deputies voted from his seat.

Obviously, the Mayor also did not notice that, while his son was absent at the meeting of the session, his deputy card was physically located in the hall and had been registered in the "Viche" system.
