Musical October will be presented in the Uzhgorod Press Club (ANNOUNCEMENT)

On Thursday, October 4, at 15.00, a press conference on significant musical events to be held in Uzhgorod in October will take place in the Uzhgorod Press Club. In the first half of the month, three large concerts will take place. On October 6, the Cordial String Quartet from the Czech Republic will play a concert with candles in the Transcarpathian Regional Museum of Art. On October 7, a charitable concert of the Academic Chamber Choir "Cantus" with the new program "Fruit of a Prayer" will be held in the atrium of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.   And on October 16, during the 28th festival of classical and contemporary music "Musical Constellation", the National Honored Academic Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine will play a concert on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of its founding.  

Victor Telychko,  the Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Organization of the National Union of Ukrainian Composers will tell in detail about the performances of the National Symphony Orchestra and the string quartet from the Czech Republic, as well as about the festival of classical and contemporary music "Musical Constellation".  Emil Sokach, the artistic director and conductor of the Academic Chamber Choir "Cantus" will tell about the plans of the chour and the new program "Fruit of a Prayer".
