Music of J.S. Bach will be performed in the Regional Philharmonic (ANNOUNCEMENT)

He is considered one of the most prominent composers in the history of mankind and an unsurpassed master of polyphony and counterpoint. J.S. Bach (1685-1750) wrote over 1000 compositions, including cantatas, masses, oratories, organ, clavier, orchestral, chamber, vocal pieces – the composer dabbled in all existing musical genres, except opera. In the XVII century, people in Germany joked: "Every Bach is a musician, every musician is Bach." The maestro had 20 children in two marriages. Only seven of them survived, but they also became musicians continuing their family tradition.

The soloist of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic, Katerina Hazho (organ), Honored Artist of Ukraine Diana Havata (cello) and Agnesa Bachinska-Maroshan (flute) invite you to listen to the legacy of the great master of the Baroque era. On March 12, the performers will play the Organ trio sonata, Sonata for viola da gamba and clavier, two flute sonatas and Aria from the oratory "Passion for Matthew" by J.S. Bach. The event will be hosted by the music historian Natalia PITSUR. The beginning is at 18.30.
