“Mukachevo case”: will there be verdict today?

The final hearing on the infamous shooting on July 11, 2015 has started in Mukachevo – the Mukachevo.net informs.

Right now, in Mukachevo City and District Court, debates are being conducted and then the suspects should take the floor. After that, the judges should go to the chambers to discuss the verdict. 

In the courtroom, there are the suspects and their lawyers, prosecutors and guests of the hearing.

– The prosecutor is debating. Reading out the indictment… The prosecutor asks 15 years with confiscation of property for all defendants – the lawyer of the suspects Roman Bukhtoyarov said.

The defense stresses on the lack of evidence and numerous procedural violations during the preliminary investigation.   Total lack of specific information about the actions of each of the defendants.
