Employees of the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC continue to reveal facts of electricity theft

From May 27 to June 2, 2019, employees of the Company revealed 41 facts of electricity theft.

In particular, they made 37 reports of violations by households and 4 reports of violations by legal entities (private entrepreneurs, companies, firms, etc.).

The most cases of illegal interference in the power grid by household consumers over the past week were found in Tyachiv district (16 violations). The most common violation is interference in the metering device by its damaging (damaged meter housing, broken glass).

In the legal sector, facts of thefts were detected in 3 districts, most of them in Mizhhirya district (2 violations). The most common violation is interference in the metering device by its damaging (damaged meter housing, broken glass), as well as damaging and removal of seals on metering devices.
