The Executive Committee prolonged the permit for earthworks for the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" – until July 26. According to the city chief of utilities Oleksandr Kostenchuk, it has to do with the need to change the route.
As told by representatives of the power company, they had to do it because one of the entrepreneurs did not allow to dig under his property (because of the planned development). Also, given that Teatralna Square is to be reconstructed soon, they decided to enhance the "electricity" by laying a cable underneath it too.
The permission for eartthworks in the city center for the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" was prolonged to July 26, and all the damaged pavement must be restored by August 1.
