Money for social initiative will be collected by officials

Among the sources of additional revenue needed to implement the presidential social initiatives special interest concerns a proposal to increase government revenues by 1.5 billion UAH. The interest is aggravated by the exponential campaign aimed at deregulation of business.

It is assumed that officials will gather additional funding at the expense of their services. Consequently, the Delovaya Stolitsa assumes, it either means that certificates will become more expensive, or their number will increase for citizens.
