Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathia was reorganized

The MIA Regional Department has reached the final reorganization stage of its territorial units according to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine provision ‘On some territorial MIA bodies reorganization’ from April 18, 2012, number 304.

Thus, Uzhgorod City Administration was transformed into the City Department, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs order. Velykyiberezhnyi District Department was attached to Perechyn District Department, and Volovets DD was attached to Svaliava DD. Mukachevo police officers were also combined. From now on Mukachiv City Department will work at the city and region territory.
