Military personnel will be patrolling Transcarpathia and other regions

The Armed Forces of Ukraine will cooperate with law enforcement agencies to ensure public safety during the quarantine. Joint patrolling in settlements and military garrisons by reinforced detachments of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces, the National Guard and the National Police has begun on March 22.
“Within the framework of restrictive quarantine measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in Ukraine, in order to maintain public safety and order, joint patrolling in settlements and military garrisons by the reinforced detachments of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces, acting in cooperation with National Police officers and servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine, will start on March 22, 2020.
The command of the military garrisons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has taken comprehensive measures to provide the patrolling personnel with protection, antiseptic means and disinfectants," – the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine informs.
