Medieval culture festival “Silver Tatosh: the Age of Drugets” will take place in Uzhgorod (ANNOUNCEMENT)

For two years in a row, the historic reenactment club "Order of St. Nicholas", together with the graduates and students of the Ukraine-Norway project (Transcarpathia) led by Professor Fedir Shandor, are organizing near the Uzhgorod Castle a small history event dedicated to the Counts Drugets.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, September 28. The beginning is at 12.00.

Preliminary festival program:

09.00 – solemn procession of the Knights of the Order of Saint Nicholas from the Horyany Rotunda to the historical center of Uzhgorod.

11.00-11.30 – formation of a column of festival participants at the intersection of Korzo and Voloshyn streets and a march to the festival territory.

12.00-12.30 – opening ceremony. Parade of participants, presentation of clubs, welcoming speeches of the organizers and guests of honor.

12.30-12.45 – mass knight fights

12.45-13.30 – dance show and master class

13.30-14.30 – knight tournament: 3×3 nomination

14.30-15.30 – music program

15.30-16.30 – knight tournament in the nomination "shield-sword"

16.30-17.15 – dance master class

17.15-17.45 – final of the tournament in the nomination "shield-sword"

17.45-18.30 – interactive action with viewers

18.30-19.00 – professional knight fights

19.15-21.00 – music program

21.00-21.45 – staged night attack on the fortress

21.45-22.00 – fire show
