Looks like we know what your Saturdays can be devoted to until the New Year!
The movement to support Transcarpathian soldiers launches a unique project. It is called "Make a holiday with your own hands." And its idea combines the beauty and benefits.
Initiative volunteers invite to take up the handmade work. Thus, every Saturday, master classes will take place in Uzhgorod, at which children and adults alike can learn how to make all kinds of holiday decorations. The price is symbolic – 50 UAH. The funds will be used for the needs of the Transcarpathian soldiers – participants of the ATO.
Workshops from the best masters offer a variety of crafts: decoupage, design and making of Christmas toys made of cloth, felt, combination of techniques; also making of soap and candles, holiday cards and eco-friendly Christmas trees; paper decorations, felting wool, making of Christmas angels and painting of gingerbread, making of Christmas coronet, and more. One of the "highlights" of the project is a master class from the famous chocolatier Valentyn Shtefanyo.
Workshops will take place at different times, so you can visit each of those planned for 28 November, 5, 12 and 26 of December.
