Ledyda found Pogorelov’s work “insufficient”

At the regional administration, they finally summed up the implementation of the regional budget in the first half of the year. uzhgorod.in reported that for the first half year the budget of Transcarpathia was fulfilled only by 95.6%, the shortfall was nearly 6.5 million hryvnias. In eight months of this year this figure increased to 7.2 million hryvnias. At the end of the year, the budget shortfall may reach 10 million hryvnias.  This year’s implementation of the budget is the worst in the last eleven years.  During January – June 2013, the general fund of the regional budget has received taxes and duties (mandatory payments) in the amount of 131,217,800 hryvnias. 

At the Board of the Regional State Administration, the work to ensure the target revenues to general fund of local budgets, including that of the management of Uzhgorod city hall, was found insufficient.

Also, district state administrations and city executive committees were recommended to systematically monitor the revenues from taxes and duties in terms of local budgets and types of payments, to raise additional sources of revenue increase.
