Ledyda already knows what he will be asking money for

 On Tuesday, February 5, the head of the region Ledyda Oleksandr held a meeting on the main problems of the region to raise these issues before the heads of ministries in a week in Kyiv. 

In particular, they discussed the completion of residential complex and social sector objects in Tereblya, where residents of the dangerous areas of Solotvyno will be relocated to. The issue will be raised before the relevant ministers in package – together with the construction of underground facilities of allergic hospitals at salt deposits within the Tereblya dome. 

 – Financing of complex works under the Programme of flood protection in the basin of the Tisa river, 2006-2015.  This year, 35 million hryvnias are provided in the budget special fund for the implementation of the above program. This is significantly less than required. Therefore, the appropriate appeals on the allocation of funding in full will be sent to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Regional Development.

   – The issue of a final cleaning of the region off of pesticides ​​contaminated soil, more than 200 tons of which are still kept in Khust. About 5 million hryvnias are required to completely solve this problem. 

 – I will raise all these important questions personally before ministers – Oleksandr Ledyda said. – So please prepare materials on the merits of the problems and their solutions, so that we could receive support for their solution in the shortest possible time.
