The first stage of planned work for replacement shut-off valves on 500 mm water pipe in the area of the intersection of Ivan Franko and Mytna streets, which began this morning, is completed.
This was announced by the director of the MU "Vodokanal of Uzhgorod" Stanislav Kartashov. According to him, the pumping station "Mynai" will be launched within a hour; water supply in the left-bank part of Uzhgorod should be resumed in 3-4 hours.
The work should be completed by 18.00, as planned. We will inform you about the completion of the works.
Requests to consumers:
after water supply is resumed, if possible, run water through flush tanks for its speedier clarification;
do not use raw water until its full clarification.
