“Kosyno-Barabash” checkpoint on the border with Hungary will resume its operation

Checkpoint "Kosyno-Barabash" on the border with Hungary will resume operation on October 22 at 8:00. This was reported by the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Pedestrians and cars will be able to go through the checkpoint.

According to the Hungarian side, persons and vehicles will be able to go through the checkpoint "Kosyno-Barabash" to the territory of Hungary only within the 30-kilometer zone. Transit through the territory of Hungary will not be allowed.

Earlier it was reported that on Sunday, October 18, a queue of hundreds of cars had formed on the border of Ukraine and Hungary in Transcarpathian region. There were queues at the checkpoints "Luzhanka" and "Tisa". There were 200 vehicles in the queue at the checkpoint "Luzhanka", and 15 cars at the checkpoint "Tisa".
