On the basis of inspection reports, representatives of housing offices sent managers of individual enterprises letters with a list of addresses where there are no manhole covers. By the decision Uzhgorod City Council session, in 2013, it is planned to spend 477,500 UAH for maintenance of individual elements of stormwater drain in Uzhgorod.

"As of July 10, 10 concrete covers have been made to be placed in green areas and 7 covers on the roadway have been replaced, – the head of housing and utilities operation department Oleksandr Kostenchuk said. – "Ukrtelecom" JSC provided funds for the installation of missing manhole covers."

Also Oleksandr Kostenchuk said that they planned works on the territory which is on the balance sheet of the KShEP: "The company made a defects report for reinstalling one hundred manhole openings, installation of 100 gulley manhole covers, 215 gulley gratings and repair of 14 sewer manhole openings with the replacement of 10 manhole covers".
