We inform you that last Saturday, 11.03, users of Vodafone in some settlements in Transcarpathian region, from 17.00 to 20.00, had troubles with communication due to breakage of the backbone optical line.
Technicians did their best to repair the line and restore communication as fast as possible.
The company apologizes for the inconvenience.
Breakage of the backbone optical line by third parties is a force majeure that is not directly related to the "hardware issues" in the company.
