On ​​Cyril and Methodius square, between the "Ukraina" department store and the "Smerichka" complex, they are going to erect a multistory retail and office center. The commencement of the construction is scheduled for as early as the second quarter, and the completion – for 2016.

The information about that has recently appeared at the stand over the fence on the square.

According to the passport of the facility, the customer is the "Feba" LLC and Lviv "Levadia-Project" LLC will be performing the works.

A multi-storey building, which is painted at the stand, will have a total area of ​​17,491 square meters.
