“Invisible” “eternal” dump or Attention, municipal authorities! (Photofact)

The free territory behind the Uzhgorod College of Culture and Arts (known as the cultural and educational school) once again was turned into a dump.

Partly, it is the fault of people who bring there not only cut off branches, but also common garbage. But it is also the utilities’ fault – because the dump formed around the first piles of branches, which have not been removed.

The dump on Chelyuskintsi street is one of the "best known" in the neighbourhood. There has always been a mess there. Recently, they moved container yard from that spot and several times removed piles of garbage that people would left there out of habit. However, now at least a truck is needed there. Or maybe a systemic approach to eliminate the "eternal" dump.

Today Uzhgorod city council stated that they are combating illegal dumps.
