Introduction of bike-infrastructure in Uzhgorod to be discussed at the “round-table” meeting

"Roundtable" has been organized at the initiative of the public with the assistance of Uzhgorod City Council and the project "European Mobility Week in the Carpathians."

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the current state, measures and the prospects for the development of cycling and improvement of bike-infrastructure in Uzhgorod, the role of the government and the public in this and further steps to implement the projects on creation of bicycle infrastructure in the city by various concerned parties.
The government representatives, civil society and business organizations and active citizens are also invited to participate in the roundtable.
The meeting will be held on May 18, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. on the premises of a small conference hall of Uzhgorod city council (third floor).
