In addition to the required provision of telephone communcation at polling stations, these days we have completed a new task. This the installation of video surveillance systems where it was technically possible and where the equipment for broadband internet connection via Ukrtelecom was available. One camera records the work of the election commission members, the other is set to capture ballot box and thus record voting of each voter. Thus in Vynogradiv district 15 polling stations are equipped with video surveillance systems: 10 of them are located in Vinogradov, 3 – in the village of Korolevo, one in the village of Cherna and one in the village of Khyzha.
