At the regular session of Uzhgorod City Council to be held this Friday, city officials will propose to increase funding for the municipal enterprise "Vodokanal Uzhgorod" by 5 million hryvnia as contributions to the statutory fund for the purchase of specialized equipment. This year the company has already received 3 million hryvnia for modernization measures. Then, the issue of funding for the utility was considered at three plenary sessions due to lack of deputies’ consent for the allocation of funds.
