In Uzhgorod, children are abusing swans

On the social network Facebook, Oksana Tomynets made a post about the cruel treatment of birds – swans on the "black lakes in Uzhgorod" 
"I appeal to residents of Uzhgorod, namely to concerned citizens. In Uzhgorod, there are so-called "black lakes", where a beautiful family of swans now lives. People come to feed the swans, which led to the "domestication" of these beautiful birds. Teenagers, who live on the neighboring streets – Nikitin, Hrushova, Hvardiyska – come to the lakes with stones to injure the birds. The birds expect to be fed. 
I have seen that many times, other families, who come to feed the birds, have seen that. Today I saw those children luring a family of swans who were hoping to find food. The "children" had a long rope in their hands, which they tried to tie around the swan’s neck. I did not have time to take pictures of them. But I appeal to their parents, because parents know if their children spend their time on the "black lakes" every day, we will definitely show the faces of your children who are so cruel." 
Recall that cruel treatment of animals is punishable both under administrative responsibility provided by Article 89 "Cruel treatment of animals" of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, and criminal liability provided by Article 299 "Cruel treatment of animals" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 
Andrianna Andrijivna also reported that "the swan was ringed in Hungary. At the bird ringing center, they know about her and know that she lives in Uzhgorod. Swans cannot be touched.”
